Looking for a roommate - mature, non-smoker for a one year lease starting June 2016. I am the owner of a 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom + full den condo and am looking for 1 person to share the fully furnished bedroom. The bedroom is opposite the full bathroom. You are responsible, respectful of others, clean and quiet looking for a furnished room with bathroom. Currently, it's exam time but usually, I enjoy athletics, eating healthy foods and only entertain a couple of friends at time when I have them over. The common area is very spacious and open concept. Shared space includes: - living room with flat screen Rogers VIP cable + Netflix - large open concept dining room - kitchen with stainless steel stove + refrigerator Laundry (located in the suite): - in-suite, high efficiency washer & dryer Cleaning & chores are shared.
