We have heated floors for a cozy feeling, brand new bathrooms with in-unit laundry, four bedrooms, a generous kitchen with access to a private roof deck with a gorgeous view of Bernal Heights. We are an eclectic mix of local and international roommates and transient house guests, and passionate about our City and neighborhood. The space should always feel welcoming, inviting and inclusive. In order to achieve that, you need to naturally bring good karma to the place, keep common areas such as the kitchen clean at all times, put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clean the equipment right after its use.
