Hi there, we are 3 young professionals (from mid 20s to early 30s) renting out a house in Etobicoke and looking a 4th roommate to join us here. We are looking for September 1st The house has easy access to Gardiner and 427 as well as a TTC stop about 30 secs walk away and is close to the Mimico GO station. The house except for your room is furnished. It comes with a large tiled basement that we use as our workout area and storage. It also comes with a large backyard, a small deck with a barbecue. Rent is $587.50 plus utilities (Hydro, gas, water and internet) that average to around $100/month per person based on usage. Renting is month to month but we require a 2 months notice before leaving. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. Laundry is available on site. Driveway is at capacity at the moment but there is free street parking all year round right in front of the house. We are all full-time working professionals with Mon-Fri 9-5ish work schedules and are looking for people with similar lifestyles. Due to work, on weeknights and Sunday evenings, we like to keep things on the quiet side.
