I’m hosting an open house on Saturday June 11 and Sunday June 12 from 12 noon to 4pm. If the mentioned times are not convenient, we can schedule a viewing appointment. Rent is $1800/mo (water is included, renter responsible for gas and electric) with a 1-month ($1800) security deposit - refundable at move-out, minus any cleaning fees.
