Looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bed/1.5bath condo in Fort York for July 1st, 2016 (but move in on June 29 is possible also). I'm looking for a working professional or grad student who needs a clean and quiet living situation in the heart of downtown. I'm looking for someone who can stay minimum 8 months but preferably a year. First and last month's rent is required. Your room is 10 foot 9 by 10 foot 3 with large windows and a closet. It comes unfurnished. You'll have your own bathroom space (your own toilet + sink area) but you will be sharing a shower (hence the 1.5 bath). There's a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. The condo will also come unfurnished so there's space for your own couch and TV. There's a large balcony that's available for your use. The condo itself has a media room, gym and shared BBQ. The condo is located right next to the Fort York Library and you can see the Bathurst streetcar stop from your room, so you're easily TTC accessible. Rent is $1175/month. Hydro is extra and you'll be splitting internet with your roommate. No smoking (of any kind) and no pets please. Respond with a little bit about yourself and I can help set up a viewing.
