It is an incredible location steps away from the AGO (2min), St. Patrick subway station (5min), Chinatown/Kensington (8min), and (in our bias opinion) the best eats in town. We are a house of respectful, responsible and clean gals (as those sharing one bathroom must be!). All we ask is that you are considerate. We have a well-stocked kitchen with every tool you could possibly need (sharing is caring), a sitting room, a dining room, and a small garden. There is no laundry in the house, but there is a laundromat opening up 5 min away (YAS!). Parking is available for extra. No pets No Smoking at all- inside or outside No drugs No extended overnight guests (we are all grown woman, but communication is the key to a good (roommate) relationship) If interested email so we can chat.
