Have you been to the dog meet in High Park? (more than 6 minutes - not sure how many.) Oh, and possibly access the great garden. (You would need to discuss that with the 1st floor tenant.) Alas, I must ask: can you say that your dog is a relatively quiet dog?
Kids? Daycare next door. (Ideal neighbours.) 4 great schools within 6 blocks.
Get paid $400 per year to clear snow - if you wish.
$1111 for one occupant, $1150 for two, $1190 for three. Plus utilities & internet (shared = cheaper) (around $140 for you).
