Since last summer, I've been living in a wonderful 970 square foot 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment right by the Nike campus. It's great, I love the amenities, the area is fantastic, buuuut I work in SE Portland and the hour trimet commute to my specific stop is really killing me. I found the perfect place over there, and can't wait to move closer, but before I do that I really need to get out of this place! I'm sad to say goodbye, but I'm hoping to pass it on to someone else who is looking to move to the area. Some basics about the place: It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. 970 square feet, washer and dryer in unit, large veranda overlooking a nature trail, and updated appliances. It's really big, has a ton of storage - 6 closets in the unit in total, all pretty large - and it's in a great, safe complex. 2 pools/hot tubs and gyms in the complex, and for those who rely on Trimet like I do, it's a stones throw from 2 different Max stations. I pay $1350 a month, which includes everything but electric, and even when I was running ceiling fans all summer - there's one in every room! - my electric never topped $25 - and I was home a lot. Neighbors are quiet, leasing/maintenance office is reliable, and it's honestly a really great unit. I need someone to either take over the lease - which ends at the end of June, at which point you may extend on either a 6, 10, or 12 month lease - or sublet from me for the next two months until it ends - at which point you may choose to extend or let it drop off. I paid a $300 security deposit which I'm willing to be flexible on if I can get someone in here by April 1st.
