The Paramount, built in 1923, is a five-story brick building in the Rose Quarter offering studios and one bedroom apartment homes. Our apartments have high ceilings, and large walk-in closets, along with the original true divided light french doors. The apartments also have large kitchens with room to easily accommodate a small dining table and chair. Most of the apartments still have claw foot tubs with showers and tile floors. There is laundry on-site.
Getting around is easy with Portland Streetcar’s Central Loop Line just steps away. We're a five minute walk to the Rose Quarter Transit Center. Our convenient location makes it easy to get to the Pearl District, Lloyd Center, PCC, PSU, and I-5.
