(RLNE2088572) There are about 10 apartments on each floor of the building. Laundry room is located in the basement, and there is an elevator for your convenience. Our unit is located next to the stairs so there are no issues with noisey neighbors. It's also located at the front of the building so there's a nice view of park ave right from the window. Parking is on street, but we're located in a very nice area. There are two bedrooms (one slightly larger than the other) on either side of the living room. Kitchen and bathroom are fairly small but comfortable for two peoole. There are plenty of windows so there's always a nice natural light throughout the apartment during the day. The apartment does not come furnished but we are able to leave behind most of our furnishings at your discretion since we will not be taking them with us.
