My roommates and I have lived in this apartment for the past 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The location is unbeatable in the heart of the East Village surrounded by the City's hottest restaurants and bars just steps away. The apartment has the perfect balance of modernity with renovated bathrooms and kitchen as well as charm with exposed brick walls. There are 3 full bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom located next to the kitchen and each have juliet balconies overlooking 6th St. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there are only 2 flights of stairs. The building also has laundry in the basement and an outdoor deck for use. We've had the best time living in this apartment, but decided it's time to move to different style building with a doorman, just to experience something new after three years in the same place.
