Room available starting on July 11th, in a spacious upstairs apartment shared with three other guys, all mid 20's. Everyone is really laid back, but all work and are respectful with noise, ect. The lease is for 12 months, with rent due on the 11th of each month. Great apt with big kitchen, patio, and living room. Would've liked to keep the room, but have to find a replacement as my visa is expiring. If you really need to move in on the first, we can work something out.
