Hey y'all. I'm a 27yo male incoming emergency medicine resident at the UW hospital who just signed a lease on this nice house in Middleton. I'm new to madison and am looking for a roommate, preferably around my age, to rent the place with. The rent is 800 plus utilities. It's 5 miles/10 minutes from the hospital, in a nice residential area, and 500 yards from downtown middleton restaurants/shops & capitol brewery. Move in date for me is set for June 14th but you could obviously move in at any time after that. Leasing would be signed through the management company CCL management and the lease is 12 months.
