Built in 2006, brand new construction ensures that the unit is quiet, heats quickly and has efficient AC. The kitchen features gas cooking, granite and Kohler finishes, as well as Denby dishware and Reed & Barton flatware for dining. There are two TVs; the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The Living room features HD cable, and all Premium channels (including HBO, SHO, Cinemax, STARZ,ENCORE, EPIX, MAX, and all other movie channels Verizon offers.) Both TVs are wireless and are already hooked up to my Netflix and Amazon Prime Account. A Blu Ray player is also in the Living Room entertainment system. High Speed Wireless Internet is also accessible and included.
Guests will have access to everything including the kitchen, living room (the entire condo). Please help yourself to laundry supplies, toiletries, and feel free to borrow umbrellas in the coat closet.
Towing in the community is from 8pm-6am. Each guest will get one parking pass to use that must be returned at the end of each stay. An additional parking permit may be available for a premium. There is also ample street parking and a free parking garage across the street from the community.
The condo is completely furnished and will have everything one could need. Furniture, linens, toiletries etc. If the unit feels a little too cramped I can easily move some furniture to the storage room which is located in the basement.
I really believe this is a condo that should be seen in person, it has a very warm , neutral atmosphere. I like to think that it looks like a Pottery Barn Ad.
