It doesn't get any closer to the medical complex than this (well a few houses, but really not much closer) and it's an easy walk to campus and all the culture the Kerrytown area has to offer! The best aspect of the house is that it's co-living where each bedroom can be rented out individually and current tenants get to decide on future housemates, with full say on their interests and tastes. And, as Cribspot House, we furnish the common areas with couches, artwork, and amenities like an Amazon Fire stick. We also provide all the kitchenware for cooking and prepping meals. In addition, there is a monthly cleaning service for all common areas like bathrooms and table tops; plus, we provide all pantry items like toilet paper, detergent, and trash bags.
