The building is a three-unit structure and the remainder of the tenants are all working professionals or very mature students. Measurements (approximately) Main room: 14 feet x 10 feet Kitchen: 7.5 feet x 5 feet Bathroom: 6 feet x 6.5 feet Deck: 9.5 feet x 5.5 feet As part of the rent, we include all heating, water and electricity. There is a laundromat very close by and there is amazing bus service to the downtown core (via route 5 or 12) and there is parking on site. We do not rent to smokers, nor pet owners and all new tenants must sign a non-smoking agreement. The apartment is available as of July 15th or August 1st.
