This is a great house right by downtown Sunnyvale. We are within walking distance of the Caltrain station, Washington Park, Target, Several Grocery Stores, the Sunnyvale Public Library, and downtown. I often don't need to get in the car to do a lot of things if I'm not in a rush. The farmer's market is very convenient on Saturday morning. The neighborhood is mostly small families. One room is available in the house. The house is shared with a current tenant occupying the other bedroom. The house is well kept with reasonable storage space in the garage and a couple of closets. The living room is furnished, we have satellite TV, and AT&T Uverse Internet. The kitchen appliances are recently upgraded and we have a water filtration system for the kitchen sink. The bedroom is unfurnished and has a fairly spacious closet. I am looking for a minimum 1 year lease, so summer interns are out of luck.
