Hi! I have a bedroom opening up in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment as my roommate is moving out to get a place with her boyfriend. Located on 11th and Broadway in Santa Monica, this location is close to everything. Available starting Sept 1st. The apartment is really large, hardwood floors in living room, carpets in bedroom. The room available is a spacious and bright bedroom with a full bathroom (though the bathroom is not attached to the room). We have one shared parking spot and two permits for the street - always plenty of street parking outside. Washer/dryer on-site, but not in unit. No dishwasher, no a/c, pretty typical for Santa Monica. One year lease. Sadly no pets are allowed. I am a 26 year old female. I work in Venice at a nonprofit health center. I am originally from the Bay Area but have lived in LA for 3 years now. I am clean, friendly, social and would love a roommate who I could get along with! I go out on the weekends and do the occasional weekday happy hour, but mostly like to come home and relax after a long day with some food, wine and Netflix!
