Qualifications
*Income must be 3x's the amount of the rent
*No evictions, judgments or FED's in the last 2 to 3 years
*No open or multiple bankruptcies
*No Section 8
Fees:
Non refundable application fee:
$45 for 1 applicant $65 for 2 applicants and $20 for each additional applicant (ex. 3 applicants would have an application fee of $85)
Deposits
Deposits are the same amount as the rent at the minimum. Due to our approval process not being based on a credit score, any issues you have with previous bankruptcies, credit issues, or judgments may not cause you to be denied but it will cause you to have a higher deposit. We look at all applications on a case by case basis.
Pet Fees
$200 non refundable pet deposit (per pet)
*We do not charge a monthly pet rent.
