Hi!
My current roommate is moving to Italy and we have 2 and a half months left on our lease so I need a temporary roomie! You could move in next week!! My lease ends at the end of March(Paying for Half Jan and Feb/March rent.)
The room has a huge closet, it's own bathroom and could be furnished or not.. the rest of the apartment is furnished (kitchen table, couch, TV in living room, etc) and I have my own bathroom.
About me: I'm 23, work mon-fri and waitress sometimes at night. I go out during the weekend with my friends in PB, sometimes taco tuesdays as well.
Who I'm looking for: a girl (sorry no boys!) around the same age, that needs a place for a few months that works and is going to be able to pay for rent and utilities (they usually come to $50 each, we pay for water electric and internet.), is respectful and clean.
The apt complex has a little gym and a pool/hot tub and laundry on site.. and its super close to the 5.
No pets, sorry.
