This place can't be beat: - approximately 900 sqf - steps away from Rideau Centre - 5 min walk to UofO campus - 5 min walk to the Rideau Canal - 10 min walk to National Arts Centre - 10 min walk to Byward Market - 5 min walk to grocery stores - located on a dead end in the heart of downtown - steps away from transit stops - parking spot available - large balcony - fully furnished, clean and well taken care of - brand new Beautyrest queen-sized bed - AC - 32" flat screen + dvd player - full-sized kitchen appliances - new bathroom fixtures - on-site laundry (front-loading machines) - friendly and responsive management company - building full of professionals, very well-maintained and quiet I want to find someone (or a couple) who is mature and responsible to take over this place for the summer. It's ideal for someone studying at the university over the summer or doing an internship. I have no doubt you'll enjoy living here as much as I do. Parking is $70/month, if you need a space. Rent includes heat and water - hydro is extra but it's only about $15/month. I have Rogers cable and internet that I can keep hooked up, but you will be responsible for those bills.
