It's $550/month in a luxury condo building. The building has a pool, billiards room, gym, party room, library and night security. Very modern and well maintained, always maintenance and cleaning staff around. Washer and dryer in apartment. Looking for someone to occupy in December or January. It's a 2 br condo split with 2 other girls. You share the kitchen with both and the bathroom with just one other. The apartment is really spacious, all is furnished but the bedroom (I will be leaving a few things behind), has a large T.V., leather couches, all kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes, bathroom stuff, etc. The room for rent is cut-off the living room. It's super nice, with a big bay window and tons of privacy. I made a wall, so it's entirely closed off and very private. E-mail or call for pictures or to set up a time to see it.
