I am not going to be in my apartment for the summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room. The apartment is located at 324 Laurier Avenue West in Centretown. It is on the 7th floor and overlooks the rooftop terrace and down Bank St. It is 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a gym, party room, rooftop terrace with pool, cabanas, and BBQ. This room is great if you are working downtown or visiting for the summer. It is only a few blocks away from Parliament and central to all bus routes. The sublet is from April 1-August 31.
