248 W. 64th St. Apt. 2A New York 10023 · Apartment for Rent

Hello young people of all genders, My friend and I are looking for a third person to round out our apartment. It's a 3BR on 64th between 10th and 11th. Rent is $983/month, plus electric/gas and Internet. Utilities usually run about $20-25/month, unless we get frisky with an air conditioner. You will also be responsible for a third of the cost of whatever we collectively use, i.e. toilet paper, dish soap, etc. So. US: I am a 23-year-old girl working in a law firm in Midtown. Ed is a 28-year-old guy working as a tutor. We're pretty neat. But not hipsters. YOU: We're looking for someone in their 20s. Gender is not important. Additionally, I've learned my lesson and it is an absolute MUST that you be paying your rent with your own money. If you're about to graduate college and are moving to NYC for your job, come see us! If you're relocating for any reason (and have a job), we're happy to have you. APARTMENT: We are on the second floor. There is an elevator, but I rarely use it. There is laundry in the basement, as well as a gym. We are a 5-7 minute walk from the 66/Lincoln Center stop on the 1 line. Bonus- most of this walk is indoors underneath Lincoln Center. 3 grocery stores in a 2/3 block radius, a Trader Joe's at 72. Lincoln Center is a block away and offers tons of free programming in the summer. I made some sweet floor plans. If you don't think they're sweet, I doubt we will get along. WE: We both work, but are happy to hang out with you, drink, and otherwise have fun. We would love it if this also made you happy. However, please do not invite people over at all hours or otherwise make plentiful and loud noise during reasonable sleeping times. We also don't care if you smoke (he does too) but it totally cannot happen in the apartment. This should also be apparent, but please have a grasp of the difference between communal items and personal property. If you'd like pictures with all my crap in there, let me know and I'll get them to you. Also, please excuse the state of the other rooms. I'm really busy at work and don't have time to clean. AND there will be a complete decor overhaul when my current roommates leave.
