Amazingly located apartment available for rent for a full year as of June 1st. It is a 3-bedroom apartment with 2-bedrooms available. I am a 23 year old female who works full-time downtown Toronto. I am looking for two females that are mature students or working professionals to rent the two other bedrooms. I am clean, friendly and social but not home that often as I work long hours and also travel sometimes for work. But when I am home I love to go out for dinner/drinks in the neighborhood, yoga, check out documentaries at bloor hot docs, or just hang out and cook meals at home. I've lived here for the past year and here are a summary of the pros and cons: Pros: Very affordable price for the location Great location (right on Bloor, close to Spadina subway station) All bedrooms are very spacious and newly painted Spacious living room and kitchen New fridge and stove Exposed brick in living room, kitchen, and hallway Huge deck out the back Great neighbourhood - lot's of restaurants and shops right outside! Cons: No centralized A/C (you can install an A/C in your bedroom and we can also get a shared one for the living room) Older building (we had plumbing issues in September but everything has been fine since then) $600/month + utilities and internet (usually around $50 a month each) If you are interested please contact me.
