Private bedroom available in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
The rent is $900 per month and we would split the utilities 3 ways. The utilities include, DWP, Gas, Pool Maintenance, Gardener, Housekeeper (she comes once a month), Direct TV, Internet and Culligan Soft Water.
A $900 security deposit is required.
