I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting OCT 1. It is a HUGE room (the living room converted into a bedroom) that is DIRECTLY across the street from Greenwood Station (on Linnsmore Crescent) <1 min walk.
You can stay on for as long as you want, no contract. You can pay first and last to the landlord if you decide to stay on after the first month of October.
You would be sharing the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with one other female roommate. Utilities, laundry and internet (very fast) is all included in your rent.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING in the house.
