Looking for female student available to take over my lease, with flexible move-in date as soon as this month until June 1, 2014. The house is located in La Mirada, so perfect for commuters or students that need a place to live for the Spring semester.
You'd be sharing the master bedroom with a roommate, it has it's own bathroom/shower, and sliding door to the backyard, which is convenient. There's spaces/shelves within different parts of the the house for storage. The room will come with a nice bookshelf, and bed/memory foam mattress, shared closet space.
All the housemates are friendly, and respectful of each other's space as long as there is open communication. There are some house rules, just as it would be in any living situation with multiple people, but those details can all be discussed together (examples, kitchen/chore duties, visitors, etc.)
