Looking for female student available to take over my lease, with flexible move-in date as soon as this month until June 1, 2014. The house is located in La Mirada, so perfect for commuters or students that need a place to live for the Spring semester. You'd be sharing the master bedroom with a roommate, it has it's own bathroom/shower, and sliding door to the backyard, which is convenient. There's spaces/shelves within different parts of the the house for storage. The room will come with a nice bookshelf, and bed/memory foam mattress, shared closet space. All the housemates are friendly, and respectful of each other's space as long as there is open communication.
