The location is prime, right on Connecticut Ave. within a short (5-10 min) walking distance to both Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan (red line metro accessible, many bus routes). 10 minute walk from a large grocery store (Harris Teeter). The neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet, surrounded by embassies and residential homes. The Room: The bedroom that is available: - 140 square feet (10x14), incredibly bright and airy, tall ceilings - 2 large closets - Great windows with a direct view of the Capitol from the room - Beautiful built-ins along the wall - $1300/month + $75 for ALL utilities (gas, electric, water, heating, etc. as well as wireless internet and cable!)
