420 Crawford Street · Apartment for Rent

I'm looking for a roommate to live with me in my Little Italy apartment (420 Crawford Street) as of June 1st. The rent is $650/month + utilities and internet (which total approx. $50/month). There is coin-operated laundry available in the building. The apartment itself is a semi-basement apartment (about 6 steps below ground) with large windows in each room. It is very spacious! (see pictures) and in a wonderful location across the street from a Metro grocery store and Shoppers Drug Mart. Banks, LCBO, TTC all nearby. If you have a car you can purchase a permit for street parking. About me: I'm a 25 year-old female PhD student at UofT - I am looking for a female-only, non-smoker, clean, mature professional to share this space with. I'm typically in the office during usual business hours (9-6) and appreciate quiet evenings on weeknights. I would love to find a roommate who I can be friends with/who apperciates wine, tea, and trashy television on occasion (pretty much my lifeblood!).
