It has large, sunny living room with skyline views where we socialize, watch movies, and play games. There is a full kitchen where we sometimes cook and dining area where we usually entertain. Our place has a deck for grilling or getting some sunshine and fresh air. It also includes rare SF apartment amenities like washer, dryer, first floor bike parking and a dishwasher. The apartment is quite large with hardwood floors stretched across the dining room and hallways. Fully furnished, but if you have some stuff that works we could possibly do some re-arranging. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking. Neighborhood/Location Our apartment is located in the Potrero Hill neighborhood. The neighborhood is very safe (a few blocks from the police station). Located on the eastern/sunny side of SF, we are tucked in between the Mission District, SOMA (South of Market), and Mission Bay. Muni and Caltrain are nearby for easy public transportation access to the rest the city and surrounding Bay Area. It's a 10 minute bike ride to the Mission or Dogpatch and 15 minutes to the financial district. Since we're at the bottom of the hill, there are no steep hills to climb. Nearby there are some great coffee shops like Philz, Farley's and Cafe Front. Also cool bars nearby like Bottom of the Hill (right next door!), Connecticut Yankee and The Parkside. Some other nearby attractions include Anchor Brewery, Jackson Park, AT&T Park, and a Whole Foods. Soon the Warriors will have their new stadium built nearby (10 min walk). Room The room is a spacious, and you will share a bathroom with 1 roommate. It has a big closet with full sized mirrors, and windows that get a ton of sunlight. The room is on the Missouri St. side. Roommates Were currently 2 guys. Late 20's, easy going working professionals (One works in Tech, the other in Sports). Neither of us are around much during the day. Nights are usually pretty mellow. We enjoy playing pickup sports/working out, watching Netflix, and trying new beers/wine/whiskey at different bars. We are both clean, relaxed, and easy to get along with. Rent - $1150 - Move in cost will consist of first month's rent + 1.5 months' rent as security deposit. - Utilities (gas, electric, internet) will be split 3 ways (averages around $65 per person, per month). There's no cable TV (but we are looking in to adding it!) - Move in date is June 1st. May 15th move in may also be a possible move in date. You You are probably in your mid to late 20's (25-29 is ideal), any gender, and no pets. We are looking for one roommate, so couples, apologies but we will not review your application. Looking for someone who is clean, non-smoker, hopefully not socially awkward, and can move in at least by June 1st 2016. We enjoy hanging out when our schedules sync up--so someone who likes sports and socializing / going out on nights here and there is a plus! You will need stable job and decent credit, as the landlord requires a credit check and pay stub before moving in.
