You will get a private room and bath in a newly renovated apartment with a hard wood floor and washer and dryer in unit. Also, the garage is yours.
I have 2 roommates in their early 20's they both work full time and never home. We also have a small dog so you have to be pet friendly.
The rent is 1200$ + 30$ utilities. Deposit is 250.
