Professional 29 year old female looking for like minded roommate in a large 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. You would have a LARGE private room with 2 closets, air conditioner, fire place, new kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, carpet in the bedroom, balcony, front unit on the third floor with no shared walls. There is also a rooftop lounge area. Rent is $1250 / month including all utilities (gas, electricity, water, wifi, and cable). There is parking for an addition $50 / month, but the apartment is located in a residential area with mostly houses, so there is always ample street parking. I have lived with both females and males in the past. I'm looking for someone social, clean, and dependable. I have a male corgi who is amazing and well trained. No cats please (allergic).
