WOULD NEED TO SIGN BY 5-31-16 for our lease renewal move-in would be 7-31 or 8-1. The entire unit was rehabbed 3 years ago. Fully furnished upstairs living area. Granite counters/breakfast bar & chairs/ hardwood floors throughout-- 55'' flatscreen TV and comfy couches provided! My room and smaller bathroom is upstairs where the living room is. I have a small dog named Morty who's a 2.5 year old schnorkie. He mostly stays in my room all day and lays on one of the couches at night. The bedroom offered is downstairs with ample closet space and shares a full bathroom. There's a separate entrance as well as the main entrance. There is a back patio area to sit outside. Rent is $996 plus utilities-- which usually are $60 or less a person. I love the area-- right next to flo, 5 star, frontier, twisted spoke, butterfly sushi, 24 hour gym, cvs, marianos. The 66 bus is right outside the apt and the blue line is about a 6 minute walk. If you're interested shoot me a msg!
