The apartment community is located at 1900 S. Eads St. Arlington VA 22202. Its walking distance to costco and the pentagon city mall. Just steps away from Crystal City metro and a block away from Pentagon City metro. Spacious apartment with general area fully furnished. In a well maintained community with 24hour service front desk and emergency maintenance. There are other amenities like the roof top fitness center, party room and sundecks, olympic size pool, convenient store in the basement, storage spaces, and bike room. The apartment will have cable, internet and utilities at an additional cost. This will be an extra $130 average per month per person on top of the rent. There is $30 parking in the open lot area but indoor assigned space is $85.
A little about the best two roommates you will ever get - We am fun, easy going, casual(not wild) drinkers. Really enjoy company of friends, each other and also respect each others privacy. And lastly.... wait for it... We are both gay men. And yes it is a 3 bedroom and we each have our own bedrooms.
