Our amenities include a Heated Indoor Pool which is open year round, Fitness Center and Saunas in the locker-rooms; they are open from 6AM until 10PM. Garage Parking is available at $50.00 per month and we do have a pet friendly building where cats and dogs 35 lbs and smaller are welcome for an additional rent of $35.00 per month per pet. We currently, we have several different style two and one bedroom apartment homes available for immediate occupancy which may meets your expressed wants and needs. Our Pet Policy restricts certain breeds of dogs with a weight limit of 35 lbs or less, cats are also welcome in one of our buildings.
