Hi, I have 2 rooms available in a renovated house downtown Charleston. The area the home is in is up and coming so I recommend that you be familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods. The home has off/on street parking, double porches, back patio, large landscaped backyard, living and dining room, small office, large kitchen w/ updated appliances. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) both have been updated very nicely. There is a laundry room w W/D hook-ups (definately plan to get washer and dryer in the near future). Utilities are not included in the price of rent. About Me: I'm a 24 yr old who goes to school full-time and works full-time. I'm not uptight about guests being around the house as long as they are respectful. There will be other roomates; so please be considerate of their schedules as well. The house is 420 friendly, although I ask that cigarettes be smoked outside. About You: Other students would be ideal but people ages 23-28 are welcome to apply. Please be able to pay your bills on time; I will be screening past rental history. Messy, inconsiderate people need not apply. Basically need people who are looking to help make this place a home not just a crash pad. As mentioned in the title, this is an LGBTQ friendly place.
