It's a 2 bedroom apartment (1000+ sqf) facing west overlooking Allan Gardens. 10 min walk from Dundas or College Station, 2 minutes from College Streetcar. Walking distance to Ryerson, Cabbagetown, Riverdale Farm, Loblaws, NoFrills, Shoppers, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants with nice patios, pubs etc. The bedroom available for rent has a balcony attached. Ideally looking for someone who is working full time but open to students. Looking for someone who is friendly but also independent. (Ie. someone who is not at home 24/7). I am a recent Ryerson graduate and currently working as a freelance writer/director/producer in film and TV. Option to sublet room longterm or sign your name on the lease.
