We are looking for a 3rd roommate to move into a 3 bedroom apartment off 2nd and Bedford starting September 1st. We are signing the lease this weekend, and moving in Sunday/Monday.
About the apartment:
-2nd and Bedford. 7 minute walk from the Bedford L.
-Central air/heat
-Recently renovated with stainless steel appliances + dishwasher
-Bike room and laundry within the building
-AMAZING roof deck with drills and seating areas
-Rent is $1333 a month + utilities. To move in, it's $3500 (1st month, security, plus $833 broker fee)
What we are looking for:
-You are in your 20s
-You have a full time job
-You want to stay for at least a year
-You don't do drugs and you don't smoke (or at least not in the apartment)
-You are social and like to explore and have a good time, but don't bring the party home during the work week.
-You are looking make some new friends with a cool group of roommates, and are preferably new to the Williamsburg area, but you can take it easy and enjoy your alone time as well.
About You:
