1408 -1412 Beachwood Ter -3 bedroom 1.5 bath, two stories. These have been completely renovated and have all new flooring, appliances, countertops, lighting, 2" wood blinds and new faucets. They have washer and dryer hook up and we pay for water and trash. They do have both electric and gas. We do allow a pet, upon approval along with a copy of the pets current shot records. We do not allow puppies under 1 year old and we do charge $50 more per month for pet rent.
