I usually work up to this building because it's simply the best deal in Midtown West hands down. It's a newer luxury highrise that renovates it's units with the nice new machined wood floors. It has laundry on every floor and an unrivaled assortment of amenities including basically a full health club with classes. It's the only building I show that has tennis courts.
