I am subletting my room in my NoLita apt on Mott Street starting Jan 2015...it's an awesome building, amazing neighborhood and iconic street. Rent is $1947.50/month, laundry is in the elevator building...right on the corner of Mott & Houston in the SoHo Abbey Building. There is no first or last months rent and no brokers fee, small subletting fee of $800, but that's it. My roommate is staying, but she is clean & super easy to live with. Looking for someone who will contribute to some living room furniture as I will be taking some of my furniture with me.\n
