We have one room available in our 4-person refurbished duplex. The room is quite spacious and comes furnished with bed, desk, dresser, etc. Location is exceptionally convenient: we're one block from Murray Ave, with its many stores, bars, and restaurants, and also just feet from the major 61ABCD bus line going directly to CMU, Pitt, Oakland, downtown, etc. Schenley Park is also right down the street. You will be sharing the common spaces with 2 male CMU PhD students and a third person. One of the housemates also has a cat who is very well-behaved. The house itself is equipped with huge living and dining rooms; the kitchen is also large and equipped with fairly new appliances. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The monthly rent is $580 (reduced price), plus an equal share (among all housemates) of electric/gas/Internet. The room is available for move in on Jan. 1 (or sooner), and we're looking for someone who would be willing to stay for the spring semester (till around May). Dates are negotiable!
