The title says it all. This is a large, central, sort of funky 1BR in a prime location right on the corner of 3rd ave in the mid 30s. As you can see from the photos, the living room is huge. The bedroom is situated at the corner of the building and so gets both south and eastward exposure. The kitchen has a window and is a decent space, in its own separate alcove, large enough to cook comfortably. It's a little on the old side, and you definitely get street sound, but a huge, convenient space at a decent price. Must have good credit.Will caliber344760
