I'm looking for someone to rent my apartment ASAP -- ideally starting January 12 through August 2015. The apartment is great for one person or a couple. It's located in an awesome part of Williamsburg, with lots of bars, restaurants, basically anything you need. The apartment is conveniently located off two L train stops -- Graham or Grand -- both are under a 5 min. walk from my place. There's lots of light and a nice view of Manhattan. Some details below: - 1 bedroom, alcove style - 1 bathroom - 4th (top floor) walk-up - Large, eat-in kitchen - Two nice sized closets plus a smaller, utility closet in the kitchen - Lots of cabinets in kitchen - Wood floors - Small building, six units in total - Light-filled rooms. Skylight in bathroom **The apartment will be rented unfurnished, except for the bed frame. If you're interested in keeping we can negotiate a price.** The rent is $1700/mo + tenant pays ALL utilities. I will add up the monthly gas & electric charges at the end of the month and add that to the rent. I'm looking for a responsible individual(s), with proof of employment and references if I deem necessary. A security deposit of $1700 is also required, which will be returned to you in August.
