We would share the shower that is in the master (my room). You will have your own bathroom (minus the shower) and large bedroom with double closets. My apartment is fully furnished, except for your room. I have a very friendly and loving dog so you should love dogs. I am very clean, and organized, I prefer a housemate that is the same. I'm very friendly and outgoing, love wine, I hope you do as well. (not required). Since I have the master bedroom, I utilize the carport. There is ample street parking and it is a very good and safe neighborhood. We would share the utilities (PG&E and Water) and also the internet and cable. I have a storage unit in the sister complex next door that I would be happy to share with you (I pay extra-$100 month; it would be $50 for each of us- it's really big and much cheaper than the public storage units around) *Must meet qualifications for application process.
