This is a really nice place to live, near Royal Oak skytrain station and metrotown.The townhouse is very large,there are 3 floors. 1st floor is a separate living room and kitchen; 2nd floor is a main bedroom; 3rd floor is two large bedrooms and 1 full washroom, so I want to rent the 3rd floor, or rent two rooms separate. You can use all equipment in house. Rent fee include Wireless internet, water supply charge, and gas, but eletric charge should share together.
