For downtown junkies that need to be right in the heart of things, this place is perfect. It's exactly what you'd expect from the state of Brooklyn today and probably even a bit cheaper than you'd expect for the living you're guaranteed to get. It's fly. It's got a gym, all the latest amenities, walking distance to all the happenings, hood shopping possibilities with the Fulton Mall so close, running or biking on the Bridge would be a must and you can come home from wherever and FEEL home. You might have to put a gun to the head of guests to get them to leave, though.
