Roommate wanted for 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment for April 1st. The apartment faces south (the lake) and the available bedroom is facing east towards the east side and also has a great view of the lake and Don Valley. The building is just a few minutes from the Sherbourne or Wellesley stations, with Sherbourne and Wellesley buses out front. Laundry on site, library next door, lots of groceries and bars/clubs nearby, parking available and only a short walk to the village and local amenities. The rent is 705 all inclusive, with an extra 30 towards internet each month. Bedroom will be unfurnished, and the apartment itself has room for furniture if you have stuff already.As you can see, there's some re-organizing going on, and the space layout is open to change. Ideally, I'd want a long term flat mate. Open to new design/change of layout etc...
