There is a second unused (guest) bedroom located between the master bedroom and the den/bedroom. Also have some unused furniture that you are welcome to use including: queen size bed and frame, chest of drawers, bedside table, entertainment cabinet, television (not HD) Restrictions: NO smoking, NO drug use of any kind will be tolerated, NO pets Please note: I am a 33 year old, non-smoking male. Part time student with full time job. Geek/nerd type. I have one small dog (she doesn't get along well with other pets, loves people). We will meet up at a public place for an interview prior to any final decisions. (for both our safety) I would prefer a roommate around my age group. Hopefully geek/nerd type as well.
